This contemporary style residence is located in an urban high-rise. In order to quickly change the mood on entering the apartment, a water feature with gently cascading water over dark colored river rocks is featured. The flowing circulation pattern allows for easy access to the entertainment spaces while keeping the private areas out of site. The architecture is clean, quiet, and allows the Client’s art collection to be highlighted.
We consider details and finishes early in the design process to ensure continuity of elements throughout the residence. On many of our projects, we provide Interior Design services that include the selection of the finishes and fixtures.
